The Vietnamese government and NGO's provide money to fund Peace Villages in Vietnam. The Red Cross estimates that there are 1,000,000 people suffering the effects of Agent Orange, but the Villages only house 50-100 people. Since the Vietnam War ended, the U.S. government have refused to accept resonsibility for the use of Agent Orange and the deformity it has caused.
